Our products are shipped with express couriers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package.

From the moment the package is shipped (considering production times: 3–5 business days from receipt of the order), delivery times vary from country to country.

- Mainland Italy: 1–2 business days
- Italian islands: 2–3 business days
- Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Spain, etc.: 3–4 business days
- UK, USA, Switzerland, Canada, Australia: 5–6 business days

Once your order is completed, you will receive a notification email from us or directly from the courier with your tracking number and a link to track the shipment.

Shipping costs vary by country. The exact amount will be calculated once the product is added to the cart and the shipping address details are entered.

You can pay via PayPal, NEXI (any credit card), or bank transfer.

If a payment fails, the order is automatically canceled. In this case, please contact us or place a new order (after checking that your payment method is valid and working properly).

As stated in our terms of sale, returns for change of mind are not accepted. Returns are accepted only in case of product defects or if the item received does not match the order. In such cases, you must contact us within 5 days from the delivery date at info@woodcompany.com, specifying the reason for your return request.

Please send an email to info@woodcompany.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If more time has passed, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled or modified.
